Sunset Beach Resort, Phuket

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was quite nice and spacious, and the view from the pool area was fantastic. However, there were several issues with the amenities and staff communication. The shuttle service was a nice touch but could use some improvements in responsiveness. Overall, it was decent but left room for improvement.
