varied options comfortable bed

Breakfast included varied options (i especially enjoyed the omelets). I had a nice time sitting at the tables located on the terrace. The room was spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable.

The shower temperature was not consistent (it was sometimes only hot or cold).

the location provided a peaceful setting near the lively patong area. i appreciated the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service to patong main beach, it ran every 30 minutes. the breakfast included a good variety of tasty options.

The gym could use some updating. Some equipment was a bit worn.

Our beautiful double room had a nice view of the pool area. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was cleaned daily, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night.

the front desk staff were always ready to assist, providing prompt help. the pool bar service was very attentive. housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy, and was very prompt.

A Mixed Experience

distant building unclean seating

The room was quite a distance from the main areas. It was inconvenient, particularly with children. Cleanliness was also an issue. The seating in the lounge area seemed not clean.. and was not great for those interested in nightlife.
